Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the StickCode Engine, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the software or the live demo service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. License Grants

Subject to the payment of the applicable license fees, FreeNbuy grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the StickCode Engine based on your selected tier:

  • Individual: 1 Dedicated License key for 1 commercial product.
  • Small Business: 1 Dedicated License key for up to 10 devices/workstations.
  • Enterprise: Unlimited licenses for internal company use and unlimited products, strictly bound to the legal entity registered at the time of purchase.

3. Restrictions

You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Sublicensing, reselling, or distributing the StickCode binary or source code as a standalone product.
  • Reverse engineering or attempting to derive the source code of the binary obfuscation layer (unless provided under the Enterprise license).
  • Using the engine for any illegal activities or to facilitate the distribution of malicious software.
  • Processing individual data payloads that exceed the engine's technical limit of 5,000 characters per encryption cycle.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

FreeNbuy operates on a one-time payment license model for StickCode. Once a license key is generated and delivered to the customer, the service is deemed fully rendered.

Technical Notice: Small Inputs

When you encrypt a very small amount of data — even a single byte of text — the output file can be larger than the original. StickCode is intended for larger structured content (such as JSON or XML). We do not claim that encrypted output will be smaller for minimal text.

Strict No-Refund Policy

Due to the intangible nature of digital software and the immediate delivery of license keys and/or source code, FreeNbuy maintains a strict no-refund policy.

Why we cannot offer refunds: Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be "returned" once they have been accessed or downloaded. To protect our intellectual property and ensure the integrity of our licenses, all sales are final.

To ensure customer satisfaction prior to purchase, we provide a Live Engine Demo on our homepage. It is the customer's responsibility to test their data payloads and verify that they meet their specific storage requirements and do not exceed the 5,000-character limit before completing a transaction.

By completing the purchase, you explicitly acknowledge that you lose your right of
withdrawal once the digital content delivery has begun.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (including the compression algorithms and obfuscation logic) are and will remain the exclusive property of FreeNbuy and its licensors. The StickCode trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of FreeNbuy.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FreeNbuy, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease, and any active license keys associated with the breach will be revoked.
